As a new policy for 2012 with managing work requests and trouble tickets with all Ecoshop clients, we have setup a system to better track, monitor, and organize incoming and ongoing support for the entire community.
From here on out, with any work-related request, we
need you to submit a work request by submitting a trouble ticket. This
includes anything that falls under you current contract(s) with us.
